Zuri HR is designed to help organizations maintain clean, well-organized, and centralized employee records. Each employee profile contains comprehensive details, securely stored and easily accessible based on user permissions.
Navigate to the Employee menu from the main dashboard.
Click on Employee Listing.
Locate and click on any employee row to open their detailed profile.
Upon selecting an employee, their profile is displayed in a tabbed interface containing categorized data:
Personal Details (Name, Gender, Date of Birth, ID Number)
Job Role and Department
Date of Hire and Employment Status
Work Location and Reporting Manager
Contact Details (Phone, Email, Address)
Payroll Structure (Benefit, Earning, Deductions)
Loans
Expense claim
Losses and Damages
Statutory Contributions (NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, etc.)
Uploaded files such as ID copies, contracts, academic certificates, and offer letters
Each document includes:
Upload date
File type
Download and delete options
Ability to add new documents
All employee profiles are governed by strict role-based access control.
Only authorized HR personnel or managers can view or edit sensitive employee data.
Audit logs track profile changes for accountability.
